How to Play Slide Guitar Over Songs with Minor Chords

Playing slide over songs with Minor chords

I usually play slide over straight 12 bar blues songs, and so it's pretty easy to move with the chord changes. Occasionally, I need to play over something a little bit more melodic, where there's the occasional minor chord. These minor chords take a little more care to play over. In this lesson, I give a quick tip on how I approach this.

This one my first YouTube lesson and recorded during the writing of my acoustic blues album "Wish I was home" by my band Northbound. If you like this style of music, please check out Northbound acoustic blues band on Spotify and http://northbound.org.uk
